The important details
Bow hunting in Queensland is subject to weapons and animal-welfare law, landholder permission and — depending on land and species — licensing or permits. We'll talk you through exactly what applies before you commit.
Permissions & licensing
In Queensland, hunting is restricted to feral and pest animals on privately owned land, with the landholder's express permission — there's no state recreational hunting licence for pest species. We only hunt where that permission is in place, and every hunt is carried out humanely under Queensland animal-welfare law.
Species & season
We target feral and pest animals — scrub bulls, feral pigs, wild dogs and feral cats. As pest species there's no closed season, so hunting runs year-round, conditions permitting.
Gear
Bring your own bow and arrows — we don't supply hunting gear. We fly you in and drop you on the ground; the hunt is on foot, never from the helicopter.
