Hunters with a feral pig and the helicopter after a Cape York hunt

Hunting

Fly in, hunt hard, fly out.

Helicopter-access firearm hunting across remote Cape York. We put you into country no vehicle can reach — ridges, river flats and scrub that hold the feral animals — and bring you, and the gear, back out.

Access is everything

Hunt the country no one else can reach

The best ground is the ground that can't be driven to. The helicopter drops you into remote, low-pressure country, lets you hunt it properly, and lifts you and your animals back out — no week-long slog in and out, no hammering one easy-access patch.

The hunt

Serious country, serious animals

Cape York is full of feral game, and a lot of it never sees a hunter. We know where they hold up and how to get you onto them — then back to base when you're done.

  • Feral pigs, scrub bulls, wild dogs and feral cats
  • Helicopter insertion into remote, unpressured country
  • Spot-and-stalk on foot — fair-chase hunting
  • Pickup and animal recovery arranged with you

Where you'll hunt

Ridges, flats and scrub

Pick up multiple drops over a multi-day trip, or run a single hard day. Either way, you're hunting fresh country every time — not the same flogged-out track everyone else can reach.

  • Single-day hunts or multi-day, multi-drop trips
  • Up to 3 in the helicopter (weight limits apply)
  • Pair it with a fishing or scenic leg if you like
  • Prefer a bow? See Bow Hunting

Before you book

The important details

Hunting in Queensland is for feral and pest animals on private land, with the landholder's permission, and firearm use is governed by Queensland firearms law. We'll walk you through exactly what applies before you commit.

Permissions & licensing

We hunt feral and pest animals on privately owned land with the landholder's express permission. Firearm use is subject to Queensland firearms law — everything is done lawfully and humanely.

Species & season

Scrub bulls, feral pigs, wild dogs and feral cats. As pest species there's no closed season, so hunting runs year-round, conditions permitting.

Firearms & gear

Bring your own firearms and ammunition — we don't supply them, and you'll need a current Queensland firearms licence. We fly you in and drop you on the ground; the hunting's done on foot, never from the helicopter.

Safety first

A full safety briefing before every flight and hunt. Suited to responsible, proficient shooters who do it right.
